Chris Cruz ’02

Chris was elected to Association Council in 2021. Chris is a member of the Leaving Class of 2002 where he served on the Board of Stewards representing Wedd's House as Head of House. During his time at the College Chris was an active member of Little Theater, co-founded the Improvisational Theater Club, and was a counsellor at multiple UCC Summer Camps. 

 

Chris is an investment professional at Searchlight Capital Partners where he seeks to partner with entrepreneurs and management teams in transformational change phases of the company lifecycle with a focus on the Financial Technology industry.

 

Chris graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is actively involved with Junior Achievement (an organization focused on youth financial literacy and career readiness education) and diversity focused organizations such as INROADS, Girls Who Invest, and HimForHer.
