Matthew Casey ’83
Matthew Casey ’83 was elected to the Association Council in 2024. Over the last 5 years, Matthew has served on several UCC volunteer bodies at the College including the Wellbeing Committee, the New Grad Success Program Task Force, and most recently, the Board of Governors Finance and Audit Committee.
In 2018, Matthew was proud to support the establishment of The Casey Fellows Program for Mental Health and Student Wellbeing, which brings in world-renowned experts in the field of wellbeing to speak to the students, faculty and staff, as well as the greater community of Upper Canada College.
Matthew holds a B.A. (Honors) in Geography from Carleton University and M.Sc.Pl. in Urban Planning from University of Toronto. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Investments Inc., and established The Trinity Foundation which focuses on mental health, wellbeing and palliative care as well as other charities.
Matthew resides in Vancouver with his wife Kate and their children.
