The Blonde Blues Play @ Winterfest

This Winterfest, the team must have heard that blondes have more fun because the entire team came out to play with bleached blonde hair. The only exceptions were our natural blondes who opted to turn their hair blue. After some smoke, lights and the team's national anthems, we were off.

In his first game back from injury, Super Swede Klas Frykfeldt opened scoring with help from Ed Moskowitz and Ben Attkinson. UCC would hold the lead through the first but had trouble in the second period where Nichols found themselves three back to back goals. Ed Moskowitz put the team back in the game with a late goal in the second with help from Piaget. The Blues battled in the third but couldn't even the score. Nichols would add an empty net goal and win the game 4-2.
