UCC Wins Game 1 in Port Hope
In the first game of the Trinity College Tournament the Blues lined up opposite King's Edgehill School who came all the way from Nova Scotia.
Coulter Taylor recorded a shut out as KES could not manage to get anything past him. The UCC offense however, was firing on all cylinders. Our seven goals were scored by Johhny Wright, Christian Coffey (2), Anthony Dicriscio, Ben (Zappone) Attkinson, Zack Dumas and Alex Xiang.
A highlight of the match was Christian Coffey's second goal which was an absolute blast from outside the blue line. The puck found itself neatly tucked into the top corner of the net.
