Chisom Ochuba ’25

Chisom is the Head Steward and a Wedd’s House Mentor. He serves as President of the Black Excellence Society and plays on the UCC varsity volleyball and rugby teams. With a dedication to community service, Chisom is the creator and director of an innovation program in Horizons and operates an international nonprofit that democratizes access to service opportunities for youth. During his time at the college, he has received numerous awards, including a Gold Tie, Athlete of the Year awards for both Year 9 and Year 10, the Class of '57 Trophy, and Principal’s List for Year 10. For his final year at the College, Chisom hopes to continue leading his sports teams and contribute to making a positive difference in his community.
